Cornmeal muffins are something I remember fondly from my childhood. Mum often made them when we had soup, and I loved the grittiness of the cornmeal and their corny flavour. This is a vegan version. |

While it’s not your typical yoghurt with live cultures etc, this is a substitute that is good for baking where a recipe calls for natural yoghurt or buttermilk. |

I loved yogo as a kid. I'm not sure what it was made of, but I loved it nonetheless. Anyway, I had a go at making a vegan one and it actually worked OK. Our little one loved it!

This is a basic "dry" curry using TVP chunks. Pretty simple to make. Get the rice on the stove first and by the time this is cooked the rice will be almost finished.
